Ohhh my goodness good food and GREAT SERVICE! A young adult named Erika was my server and she was the bomb for com! Polite and great personality..It was also pleasing to be welcomed by another server named Ashley as she passed me she made sure that I had all I needed ..GREAT GREAT SERVICE ! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADIES as a hard to please customer I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ask for either of these servers on your next visit and the food well it speaks for itself EXCELLENT!

We sat in the bar area due to service issues in then past. We enjoyed our evening.... wings were really good

My family and I visited this location and had the worst service ever. Waited about an hour for our food (10 tables max) after our appetizer was not delivered (and I was still charged for).  Was told by multiple people that if we ordered of a certain menu that the food would be free if not served within 15 minutes. Waitress never checked on us and I had to ask a different waitress to get a drink refill and the check. Give her my card to run (after waiting so long) for the kids meals and it comes back $30! I asked if that was correct and the waitress looked at it and said no, we were charged for the wrong table. Waited about 5 more minutes and then she said the manager said it was right. Ok, can I speak with the manager? The manager grabbed the receipt out of the waitress hands and walked over to me rolling her eyes. She started getting defensive and I asked her to stop and listen to my experience. After I was done she says, "So what you're saying is our food is too expensive for you...?" Excuse me...I wouldn't have ordered the food if I couldn't pay for it but when you say that the food would be free if not delivered within 15. Honor your word!! She ended by saying she was going to comp our food because they were in the wrong! I said ok well I already paid for it so she was going to void the transaction. Well, that never happened! Needless to say i will no longer frequent BWW!  If this is corrected and my account is credited back I will remove this review. It takes a lot for me to give a negative review but I feel like if I have been wronged so have others!

Sunni is awesome. She pours a perfect beer and I've never seen a better salted margarita.  She's attentive and has a great smile. Engaging bartenders are a rare commodity these days. The wings and sports are a given, but this young lady is a keeper.

This Place needs to train their employees on Customer Service!! I love BWW, but it's unfortunate that almost everytime I come here, I get a rude server and the boneless wings are WAY overcooked. I recommend going to the BDUBS in Sugar Land !!
