The service was great once we got waited on. It took an employee showing up to work at 6:15 before we got any help. They need to put a bell on the front door to make employees in the kitchen aware that someone is in the store. Thank God we're honest people because we could have stolen merchandise and nobody would have known until it was too late.

The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the food was really good. This particular Cracker Barrel has really gone downhill. They used to greet you not only quickly, but warmly, and have you sit down. Even though we were there at 7:20am, and the place was not even close to being busy, it took a while for someone to greet us. When she did, she barely smiled. Our waitress (straight black hair that came to just above her shoulders, and wore glasses) came and greeted us after we sat down. We said we'd like to start off with coffee and water, and it easily took 7 minutes or so to get it. If the place was packed, we would've understood, but there weren't a lot of people at any of the tables. She then took our order, and it took a long time to get our food. Again, we would've understood if the place was busy, but that wasn't the case. She kept waiting too long to come by and refill our coffee cups, and she never returned to ask us how the food was. Additionally, towards the end, we said we'd like more water. We waited and waited, but she never returned. At that point we already had the check, so we just decided to leave. There's another Cracker Barrel on I10, and we may just start to go there again. It's unfortunate, because this one is so much closer, but it'd be worth it to get much better service.

The food is delicious here. The shop is very nice and plenty of cool and unique items to look at. Our waitress today Sept29.17 @1pm was great.√√√

Our family's favorite place for breakfast or brunch. Consistent food and service quality across many places we traveled. Always offers plentiful selections for everyone of our family of 4. The one in Rosenberg off US 59 and FM 762 waitress Ashely knows us as regular and remembes our orders before we even speak
