So, the pizza at Pizza Hut is delicious. It always is. They even had a great Saturday night deal, where any 2 medium pizzas would cost $15.10 with tax included. Perfect for 3 people dining on a budget. However, this Pizza Hut building is in dire need of remodeling. The booth cushions were completely flattened and not soft, the bathroom was dated and awkwardly arranged, and the walls and decor needed some serious love. Everything else was great, though.

We have ordered here twice now and it took OVER 2 hours to get 1 large pizza both times. When we called both times to see what the deal was, they were rude and dismissive and said they had 10 orders to get out so we'll have to wait. Um yeah, you are Pizza Hut...that doesn't sound like an abnormal amount of orders. Actually seems pretty tame for a college town. This time, the pizza was ice cold. No apology when we called. Ridiculous to have paid for this.

Worst service in Ithaca. My family waited for over 45 minutes to get our pizza served, then breadsticks after....horrible. While we waited for our food, there were almost always 10 to 15 pizzas sitting on the counter for pick-up or carry-out. I think I would have gotten served quicker if I had called in & placed an order from my table. Then when paying, they guy asks how everything was, so I tell him how upset we were....he doesn't apologize or anything & defends having the other pizza ready for the non-in-house customers. I will NEVER GO BACK!!

Bought two pizzas and some wings to take home. Got all the way to Aurora only to find out that the pizzas were not the ones ordered and the wings were raw. Yuck! Sadly, we like Pizza Hut, just not the one in Ithaca. When I went into the restaurant to get my order, the manager took my payment and never even said thank you. Bye bye Pizza Hut ithaca🤢

Look, I'm not the type of person that leaves bad reviews for stuff. There's enough negativity in this world that I generally leave the bad reviews to saltier souls than I. If I have a really bad experience with a place, then I take my business elsewhere. Water off the duck's back. Even if I do have a bad experience, I prefer to see the best in everyone and give them the benefit of a doubt. So understand that the following statement is coming from an admitted Pollyanna: for God's sake, don't order from here. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The pizza is eh, but it's really not the issue here. It's a bit below normal Pizza Hut standards, but not like, hilariously below it. If it had shown up in like, ten to twenty minutes, then it would have been fine. But no, no, it showed up nearly an hour and a half late. When I made the order, I told it would be ready in ten minutes. I called forty five minutes later to ask what was up, and was told it would be there any second now. Forty five minutes later, it shows up at my hotel room. This Pizza Hut is literally across the street from the Ramada. (Honest to God, less than five hundred feet from my hotel room.) I was taking care of a care dependent parent and thus wasn't able to leave my room, but had I been able to, I would have had my pizza an hour earlier if I had just walked across the street to get it. More over, for some incredible reason, the pizza here is far, far more expensive than a normal Pizza Hut. Just stay away. Don't order from here.
