First time having pizza from Gadsden location. I guess it's a new store. I was reading others reviews and I guess they must have new employee's and/or management cause the person working was very nice and even had a smile on his face. I ordered and then went shopping at Five Below we I waited. When I went back to get my pizzas he brought them out to the car for me so that I wouldn't have to get out to get them, he was very thoughtful. Would eat at and recommend this location to everyone I know in the area.                   🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Well it is now an Italian restaurant and the food is wonderful. Service was great. Had a wonderful lunch with my dad there. Will definitely go back.

I came into the Pizza Hut on Meighan in Gadsden tonight which I called on a carry out .My order was 2 medium at $6.99 thick crust. One was to be BBQ and the other one 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni . The staff appeared to be short and rushing orders . Due to my failure to look at the pizzas and not wanting to wait another 20 minutes plus I received a pepperoni pizza not the 1/2 cheese I ordered. The BBQ pizza was highly greasy, no sauce and dry. The pizza dough was still cold and not fully cooked. . I've never had a experience like this at Pizza Hut. My husband loves BBQ pizza and due to the deplorable taste and condition of it he didn't eat any ! This pizza had to go into the garbage. I'm definitely not pleased with this type of service .

Would give this 0 *s if I could. Awful Customer service. Pizza was 45 min late, arrived cold and had the wrong things delivered.

The manager Meghan has to be the rudest manager I have ever talk to. Ordered wings online for delivery and she calls me saying she can't deliver to my address. Why would the corporate website be wrong about the local store's delivery area or is it she is just not wanting to deliver orders. I would not do business there until Meghan is gone. When i asked for the corporate number she wouldn't give it to me, so I asked you're a franchise then right? She said yes, so I asked who is your manager. She says I can't tell you that. I ask I guess you can't give me her number either can you and she replies no I cannot. So, I called the corporate office. Google will always give you customer service numbers if you didn't know. So, corporate verified my address as a deliverable address and said they didn't understand why she would not deliver to me and would not give phone numbers. Meghan apparently needs to go.
