We went for the Tuesday night dinner buffet. There was very little selection. Just mostly thin crust pepperoni or bbq chicken pizza. There was some pasta but after I asked twice and another man asked once they brought it out right at time for the buffet to be over at 7pm sharp. It took a while for the cinnamon sticks to come back out too. The pizza that was out when we came in might as well had I've only them they were so cold. The pans were only a quarter full for most of the time and they eventually brought out a few fresh pizzas but they were, of course, pepperoni and bbq chicken. Won't be back anytime soon.

I ordered a large super supreme pizza for delivery at 5:05 pm i called back at 6:28 pm.
I was told that my pizza was coming out of the oven in a few and would be delivered Shortly. Now its 7:15 and nothing.  I forgot to mention that the pizza hut is .5 miles for my hotel.  Don't ever order from the pizza hut in attalla Al.  620 Cleveland ave.

We had to wait over 2 hours for delivery when online ordering said 25-30 minutes. When I called the first time to track my order I was put on hold for 10 minutes, I had to call back and then it was rudely explained to me that they where under staffed in the store and only had one driver that night, that I should never go by what online said, but when I got my food delivered call back IF I thought I needed compensation. When my food finally arrived I called the store and was told that they where going to credit me $5 off my next order, I explained to them they would have to do more and then a manager got on the phone and with attitude told me if I wanted any money returned she would send the driver back to my house so he could pick up my food. It wasn't untill I had to say I was going to get corporate involved before she offered me compensation. 
 Very rude employees and cold pizza. Terrible!!

Very poor customer service. After several attempts to cook my pizza as I ordered it. Several meaning 4, I picked my pizza up at the counter with the acting manager refusing to put it on a pan. He told me I'm putting it in a box, I answered we are eating here. I guess I should have left at that moment because he ment our services were done. No one even can back to our table
