I had a horrible experience when my food took over 2 hours to get to my house when I was told 45 minutes. The food was cold and it looked like it had been sitting out for those 2 hours. The manager that night was rude and put the blame on Pizza Hut for not giving her enough staff.

The next day I get a phone call from another manager that was very kind and said she credited me the cost of our meal for a later date.

Then I finally​ decide to try them out again today. I call to place an order and the so called store manager tells me that they have no record of me ever ordering from them. I ask him what else we can do to find the credits and he told me that my only option was to just place the order and pay for it. This has to be the worst run Pizza Hut in the country. Pizza Hut has my favorite thing crust but I will never do business here again. There are too many other pizza places in town that know how to treat a customer for me to ever deal with this store again. They could offer me free pizza and I wouldn't step foot in there to pick it up.

Well ordered a chicken bacon BBQ pineapple pizza, they put onions all over it, when I asked the woman she informed me that it came on it, and after I told her that no one would eat it, she then said they would try and pick them off,. After a bit she came back and said "this one time.e I am going to make him make you another one cause that messes with my food costs,..But just make sure to tell them next time.." and I am sitting here thinking WTF? They have never came on them, and she was getting real pushy with me signing for he damn thing before I called out about the onions, the only reason I gave them 3 I stead of 1 is cause they are making me a new one...Won't come back here for awhile.
