Place an order online at 6pm. Went to pick up my order. I waited 45 min to an hour and receiver no pizza. After waiting I asked to check to see how much longer and they hadn't even made the pizza. I asked for a refund and they couldn't even remember the order or how much it cost. I told the cashier three times I paid with cash in the amount of 14.83 before she understood. When I said I'll be speaking with another manager she replies the GM is here tonight and that's the highest I can go. He's the one that forgot my order so obviously the employees are just imitating the employer. When I asked for my money they required I fill out two long forms detailing all my personal info (which wasn't required when I paid for the pizza). When I asked why am I filling out these forms (long line behind me and I just want my money) she says if there's a problem. What? I paid for a pizza I never received but apparently that's not a problem here. When the cashier got the money she proceeded to count it as if I hadn't already wasted enough of my life in that place. No will never do busy here again. I will not be recommending this place.

Wouldn't recommend to go here for the lunch buffet. The food was not freash and the service was bad. My cup was empty and I finally notify the server since he never came over to check on our table. When he brought my drink back the cup was dirty. Lastly they finally brought out fresh pizza at 1:15 right when the Buffett was ending & I was in there for at least an hour. Won't be going back.

This pizza hut is the most rudest, non coherent, disrespectful to the extreme place I have ever witnessed in my entire life of ordering from a restaurant. I experienced the worst service ever on 9/20/2017. I called in and placed ordered at 7:46 p.m. I told the worker that called my last name out to me that I was ordering the same thing I ordered on 9/19/2017. That it was going to the same location as The previous night. Which had no problem of getting delivered. So it's after 10:00 p.m. and still no food. When I called back I was transferred to a manager on duty who yelled out to employee "didn't you say you went and it was nobody by that name" but manager also stated they didn't have a room number (so tell me what room did they really go to) then she hung up the phone. When I called back and asked for manager I was redirected to another manager who claimed to not know the other managers name. She yelled and when I asked for corporate number she said we would have to place me on hold. After hanging up on me again I called numerous of times and the phone was not answered. So at about 10:40 I spoke with the 1st manager again and she wanted to apologize. Still after assuring me that my order would go back out it's still 11:37 as I am typing I have still have no food. When I called someone answers and jokingly says "we are closed" and hangs up with a laugh. Someone from corporate or general manager to seek into this type of behavior I honestly just want my money back. Horrible and worst experience ever

The sloooooowessssttt Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I came after work and placed an order, two personal pan and cheese sticks. There are only 3 customers in the building and no orders through the oven. I will not come back. Ridiculous. 20 mins later they said they are working on my order. Oh my GOD!!! Are you kidding me???

Ordered online. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, it was ready, hot, & made to my online specifications. No issues. Quick in & out service.
