Delish, hot, great service, seated quickly... on a Sunday! Told the manger that the employees were having conversations over customers food. I hate that! Just bring my food to the table. They immediately stopped when He told them as I observed at some tables. Will DEFINITELY be going here again.

When we entered the restaurant, we were deliberately ignored by the staff for at least ten minutes. There was no one waiting ahead of us to be seated. A female server made eye contact multiple times without acknowledgment. Shortly after, 10 minutes, an elderly Caucasian couple entered the restaurant. Within 2-3 minutes, the same server that ignored us offered to have them seated. My husband spoke up and the couple rightfully offered the seats to us. When we arrived to the table, the floor under the table was full of trash. There were also strands of curly hair on the table that left us to believe that the table had not been properly cleaned. We were really disgusted. Our server, Jessie, did okay. Besides the fact that we had not seen her the entire time since the food had arrived until she dropped off the check later, her customer service was okay. This IHOP location has presented itself as questionable and mediocre. We were highly disappointed in our treatment and the quality of this location.

IHOP is pretty subpar considering that you could go to a local diner and get much better food for less. The food isn't freshly prepared and isn't noteworthy in any way. Service can be hit or miss and cleanliness of tables is an issue at this particular location.

I love I Hop, but if my first time with I Hop was at this location, I would have definitely hated it. The food here is nasty. They don't care about their guests. The food is not presentable, doesn't taste any other I Hop I've been to, ever!!! They serve u drinks in plastic cups while you're dining in (it's wasn't just one time that it happened to me). The smell make u lose appetite, server curse out all the time and in front of guests.... The lost is too long. I've been a Server before. I know it's hard work, but making money in general is hard work. Like Jeez be professional!

We go during the week, it's never crowded. The waitstaff are really sweet and attentive. Also, kids eat free most nights.
