Haven't been here for a while but things seem to be going in the right direction to being a better place. Courteous staff, prompt service and wings that rival Buffalo wild wings. I have to give credit where credit is due and we had a perfect dining experience this evening.

Worst pizzahut ever seen. Never prompt in getting orders ready for delivery or carryout or in store dining.  Orders won't be prepared as requested.  Feedback to store or regional manager does nothing towards betterment.  Stopped doing business with them.

The pricing is almost always good for the amount of food you get, but getting charged an extra buck for sauce on the side is annoying especially when you pick up your order for carry-out and don't find the sauce you paid for with your order. This happens about 90% of the time.

Very disappointed!  Looking forward to pizza and a beer, and was told by the waitress they were currently "out of every beer"....hmmmm....how is that even possible?!.....unless you've lost your liquor license and don't want your customers to know?? If you're out of beer, you should probably not advertise that you offer it! Also....the floor, tables, booths and even the menus were FILTHY!!!! If you cannot keep the place clean, EVEN when the place is super busy, then obviously you just don't care and it shows. NOT surprised to read that someone's suspected to have gotten food poisoning here! I will eat ANYWHERE else in Torrington EXCEPT Pizza Hut....I highly recommend that you do as well!  Yuck!!!!
