We are traveling from South Dakota to California, clearly when staying at a lodging establishment you do not carry flatware or dishes. We ordered online from Pizza Hut pasta for two as well as a couple of pizzas. No napkins, paper plates, silverware, red pepper flakes, or parmesan cheese were delivered. Also a mountain dew was delivered instead of the Pepsi that was ordered. This order was over $30 and I tipped the driver $5. 

When I contacted the local Pizza Hut I spoke with the Manager on duty Crystal who said the driver would return with plates and silverware which he did. I think it's important for the franchise Manager Kelly to train staff in customer satisfaction, it does not satisfy a customer to tell them they can keep the overpriced mountain dew soda that they neither ordered or want.

This is about like any other pizza hut.  Buffet was well stocked and wait staff was friendly.  Price was good.

The dudes there told me the pizze would be ready in 20 minutes and it took 40. That was not cool.

I ordered carry out. When i went in, the first waitress finally came over and asked if I was dine-in or had an order, I said an order. She then asked if it was wings. I said no, so she walked away to talk to the lady behind me who was her friend. Another waitress came over and asked about my order and checked. When it was ready, none of the waitresses, who were doing nothing, could be bothered to ring me up, so the cook who was just working with raw food ringed me out and then went back to the prep are, I did not see her was her hands after touching my credit card. I can see why no one was in the restaurant.
