They gave my order to someone else the last time, but they made up for it by making me another and giving me a refund.

Ordered food to be delivered from the 2nd street location and was told to call the location on poplar, waited almost 2 hours, and then was told they would not deliver and to call 2nd street, they are closed now, I was patient, respectful, and understanding. Then was basically told I waited 2 hours and it was my fault. I order pizza 2 - 3 times a week, i will no longer order Pizza Hut.

Always Rocks!! Although I do wish pizza hut would have all specials to have hand toss...or thin etc, or use olive oil as there pan grease...just to greasy

Usually have poor deals compared to the other pizza places. They typically get something wrong with your order or forget to add things you paid for. (Like ranch dipping or marinara sauce.) The last time I was supposedly given some credit to use on my next order when I complained about it, but then that turned out to be untrue.
