I live just around the corner from these guys so i decided to order from them obviously! But i sat at my apartment for over 3 hours waiting!!! I called them 7 times!!!! I decided to just walk up there and see what was going on. When i got there there was a lady at the front who had her headphones listening to music she asked if i needed anything so i told her that my food was never delivered. She asked " would you like us to remake the order for you?" Well duh since you charged me $30 for it! And i had to walk here!!!!!! The manager wouldn't even come talk to me!!! Should've gave me my money back!

I have ordered here only because save uber eats I have almost no other alternatives for pizza delivery. Now let me tell you what this place excels at. They are very consistent in messing up or even completely voiding your order without any prior notice. They hardly ever compensate you properly for any inconvenience that was clearly on their end. For the most part any compensation you receive won't even cover the minimum needed to order from them. They simply do not care and their review count is a clear sign of that. Corporate should take some actual initiative and save itself the cut to their reputation this -single- location is costing them. Please do know that if you're likely in their range of delivery you are also within Papa John's as well. They may not have the great pizza hut recipes but they'll save you more the enough hell than what this location will cause you.

I have ordered delivery from this location on two occasions. On the first, the pizza took over an hour to be delivered. Way over the 35-45 min wait time that the tracker gave me. I called and was given a credit equal to my order after the pizza arrived cold which was greatly appreciated and adequate compensation. I called the second time to redeem my free pizza and once again experienced over an hour wait and the drink I ordered had been forgotten. Would recommend only pick up if you absolutely have to use this location.

In the past it has been okay, not the best but manageable. However, today 11/24/17 i ordered a large pizza which was made wrong. Second, the doe wasn't cook all the way through, as if they had a lot of pizzas to make and pushed my pizza forward to make room for more going into the oven. Which i find as a violation of the health inspection and could have this store closed down. Finally, my pizza showed ready on the tv screen when i arrived and it took over five minutes for someone to check me out, please hire someone to run the cash register, especially when you have a line almost going out the door waiting to pick up.

It all started last weekend. I had to call 5 different pizza huts to find the one who delivered to our area. Finally got to this one, ordered, no problem, got the pizza. Today, I called the same Pizza Hut/number, placed my order, and it was a 45 minute wait. Cool. 45 minutes later, I get a call saying that they're at the hotel next door and they couldn't deliver here. THE SAME PIZZA HUT. Needless to say, I did not get my pizza.
