Casual, trendy brick oven pizza place with a good selection of craft beers. Hipster vibe, but not overpowering. TVs showing vintage cartoons or random colors. Pizzas are tasty. Crust is good but could use a bit more chewiness. Toppings she top notch. Service is attentive and friendly. Have not tried the sandwiches. They do a good take out businesses.

Calamari was rubbery and marinara was gross. The eggplant parm was good but the pasta was not. I’m sure their pizza is good but everything seems too pricey for the quality.   The service is what got this review though.  I got an attitude when I asked what the specials were and when I ordered ice cream she asked if I wanted her to go see what the flavors were.  Like Duh they didn’t have them listed anywhere what do you want me to do guess them??   She again checked with her snarky attitude.  Very abrasive and walked around with her nose scraping the ceiling. I left her 2.50 arguing with my boyfriend who told me to leave less.  She actually followed us outside and asked all rude “was the service bad or something?”  I laughed and told her I though she was bitchy and unpleasant.  I won’t be back.

I always enjoy the atmosphere as much as the food. The menu is well thought out and has something for everyone without a sprawling list of offerings. The pizza is the best I've had in RI since moving from NY.

Great atmosphere and awesome people. Good place to celebrate a birthday, friendly servers, of course great pizza. We ordered two and they have a nice sturdy platform they put the pizza on to make good use of the table room. The only place I’ve noticed that has sarsaparilla, great atmosphere and the place looks very nice. Fair prices and best enjoyed with friends.

Another jewel on the West side of Providence. This a cool, funky kind of place that was filled with people of all ages. There are several pin ball machines at the front door and down the corridor are old school arcade games.
We had passed it several times and always said we should try it, we finally did and what a treat!
This is a sister restaurant to Julian's. They have a huge kitchen and make all the breads and pizza doughs here as well as doing the catering and food trucks here.
We had the standing which were terrific with an absolutely delicious sauce which complemented them perfectly. We then had the short rib pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was thin and a little crispy, just the way we like it. We finished it all with an ice cream sandwich made with homemade ice cream. DELICIOUS!!
The bar is (wo)manned by Sam and she not only made us some terrific drinks, she was a cool person to talk to. 
I can't recommend Pizza Jr's enough.
