I’m regular “Subway” customer as per my job me and my crew almost every day have lunch in one of the “Subway” restaurants in the GTA. But unfortunately on the 19th of August, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service in one of the locations. I had lunch at Subway#14446-0 in Markham (4361hwy7) and have been served by Nazia(indicated in the receipt). I made an order and applied 2 coupons (one for 6 inch and 1 for 12-inch), but was charged in a wrong way. I asked the server regarding this issue, but she in the most rude, inappropriate manner and on a super hight voice started screaming at me telling that I’m wrong and have to leave right now. The day before I was in other “Subway” location in Hamilton and had exactly the same order with application of the same coupons but paid 10$ less. Considering the way I was treated by the server in the Markham location, I filled a complaint on the Subway website asking to look into this situation and to have the internal investigation. Unfortunately, despite promises to get back to me within 2 business days, no one reached me during this month, even though I reminded about myself. So the restaurant has not just poor customer service, but also very lazy and unprofessional management. Super disappointed and don't advise you to be anywhere around this place.

The worst experience ever!!! The staff is mean, rude and doesn't know what customer service means at all. Being loud on your customer is not just inappropriate and unprofessional, but also the worst possible characteristic of the staff. Also the products doesn't seem to be fresh enough. They really deserve -10, but unfortunately Google doesn't allow to put such reasonable score.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Forgot to put the chicken in my sub and refused to refund the order. Poorly managed. Will not go back ever, and unless you want rude service and bread with sauce, you shouldn't either.

Zero customer service skill !!!!spent half an hour there ,she did not even tell me their debit /credit machine is not working !After i ordered and my sandwich was ready she told me our machine is not working we only take cash i told her that i do not have cash i only have credit and debit !she tried my credit card so many times and then she tried ny debit couple of times ,this took 20 minutes and finally she told me go get cash from ATM machine !i told her after waiting here for half an hour and wasting my time you are telling me to go get cash from machine for you !!!she yelled at me giving me attitude saying leave the sandwich and leave here !!!worse experience in subway ever !!never ever go to this location !!!!!
