I am very pleased with the staff at this location. I ordered food for pick up.  When I got there my food was already packaged. By the time I got home and and unpacked my food for dinner (about 2 hours later) I realized they forgot to give me my chicken with my chicken & rib dinner. I called right away and although the man on the phone did not seem happy to have my complaint. I requested my chicken alone be delivered to me. I offered to send back the container that i haven't opened as proof but they were fine. What impressed me was that they delivered within 15 mins of my call. Because of this fast correction I had to come and express my review. Mistakes happen and I'm very pleased with the service.  Thank u to the team at Markham road & 14th ave.

Newer and cleaner than others I've visited. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to.  The food is what you would expect from any of their locations. They are very consistent across their chain of restaurants....

First time at this location. Very pleased. Predictable but tasty and nicely served food at good prices. Our server, Andrea, was very nice and efficient. Will definitely come back.

It's a great place to eat in, all the servers are really nice and helpful the food's great and they get it to you pretty fast. 
But not only is eating in good but take out is also really good they're friendly and helpful and they take good care of the food and even while give you the food they do it with a smile.
