I went in to buy something for my wife and I was told I could get a refund if she doesn't like it.   that was a lie.  this company only exchanges or gives you credit.  I'm stuck now with 150 dollar credit gift card.  it's ridiculous.  I'll never shop here again,  and I tell every female friend to not shop here.

Rude as expected.!! No ethics no values no humanity!! I got expensive skin care samples cause I spend, I'm a regular shopper at planet beauty Orange. You dont have to say the products are expensive when I say the tiny little primer costs $50. You do not know if the white woman you smiled and chatted could afford either. But you choose to mistreat customers. Keep entertaining white skinned people. I'm done with all of Irvine planet  beauty store. If you cannot suggest any product thinking the customer wouldn't buy, just cause I have no loads of make up and I have dark skin then you'll end your business soon. And hey, i live close to spectrum, I hit your store in workout wear with no make up. Disgusting  attitude.My usual beauty store welcomed me even though I reached when they were closing. Get a life people.
