Planet Fitness is known for a lot of things. We’ve got tons of equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms, and the friendliest staff around. We’re also the home of the Judgement Free Zone®, which is a somewhat fancy way of saying we’re a laid-back environment, where you don’t need to worry about that hardcore attitude you might find other places.

This is my gym I love this place. Sometimes I go 2 times a day morning and night early morning in the morning before work. And love to get some massage in the evening with her excellent Hydro beds and coin chairs

Very clean, lots of neat equipment, nice staff. Nobody will bug you or try and pick you up while working out. Pretty quiet for a gym, I honestly am inpressed.

So i was a member for over a year w/ a black card and tried to cancel my service since i had move to where the nearest planet fitness is 20 mins away, the front desk person was first off so immature, when my co worker and i told him we wanted to cancel our membership he dropped on his knees and yelled softly "WHY" we explained and while he was trying to cancel it he was trying to make us feel guilty the whole time he was giving us attitude about it. 
The next month we got charged again for membership services, we called the location and notified us that our services were never cancelled, we went down again the second time and they cancelled it correctly sending us an email confirmation, we bought in paperwork from the first time we tried to cancel and they refused to refund us the money they took out as we cancelled before the cut off date of our membership, I personally would not sign up with them in the future, i'd pay a little more with another fitness company to get better customer service. overally i loved the amenities only reason why i am even rating 2 stars.

Always excellent when my other half and I go in. Check in staff are courteous and outgoing, definitely know how to have fun and a good laugh. For the price of membership what you get is amazing. Only downside is no pool. But hey, I'll trade a pool for the hydro massage. 
This is truly a judgement free zone. All body types and walks of life come in and the diversity is so great. No elitism, just normal people staying or trying to get healthier. 
Keep up the good work, y'all. I have grown so much because of you.
