Planet Fitness is a fun place to work out and maintain privacy. It's a comfortable atmosphere it really seems to be a judgement free zone which is what they advertise. Depending on the time of day staff may be preoccupied with electronic devices such as cell phones. The tanning beds are not cleaned after each use other than by the gym member. The HydroMassage beds are incredible

My membership was a scam. I cancelled, signed the correct documents, and they continued to charge me. Seems cheap when you sign up, until you realize that you will be charged even after you quit in perpetuity. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

First post : The female and male behind the counter were very combative when i told them that i needed to cancel my subscription. I spoke to a person on the phone on Friday at 2pm and they told me that i could cancel by the 10th of the month and would not be charged. I was charged on the second and not the 10th i came in to cancel and the two people at the counter were rude and very combatvive and told me there was nothing i could do. i had to wait for the manager and he was at lunch and was leaving early today so i would have to come back another day.

It's a pretty nice place. The staff is fantastic and the customers seem nice. My one complaint is I know they got rid of the scale there and when I asked why the response was well they wanted to make it more of a judgement-free Zone and as much as I understand that whenever I got on the scale it's not like there was 50 people standing behind me trying to see how much I Weight. I think they're taking the judgement-free thing a little too far and I am by no means a skinny person.

All of the equipment was in working order. Building needs to be updated on inside. Staff is friendly. I been to nicer Planet Fitness.
