Well this would've been my first time going to a Planned Parenthood and I promise you I will never go back... First and for most I WASN'T greeted at the front desk with warm smiles (negative)and the fact that my appointment was at 1:00 pm I arrived 15min early , then was told that my appt would be pushed back 1/2 hour and never once did they call me before my appointment to tell me my schedule was being alters, instead they allowed me to come into the office to inform me of the situation.That wasn't fair not professional!! However I ask a couple of questions about prices and based on my income at a Planned Parenthood my bill would've been a ridiculously amount $500 or more after blood work and testing , seems to me when someone is paying out of pocket you would get a better discount. The receptionist ask if I wanted to reschedule I wanted to say absolutely no but I was polite and kindly said I will call you at a later time. People a smile will go further in the world you just never ever no!! With all that's going on in the world SMILE BE NICE😊

I had a procedure done here in March 2017 and the staff were amazing- very nice, accommodating, and professional. The wait time was pretty long so keep that in mind when making appointments. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and I am so grateful for their help

they lost my paperwork and wanted to charge me more: I came in to set up an appointment for birth control and that was all fine. A few weeks later I get seen, that was all fine. I signed some papers and am told that in a week to 2 weeks to come back in to pick up my prescription, they gave me a sample size of the bc in the meantime (ring). She said to just walk on in and I could pick it up. I had to leave the area 2 weeks later and when I got back got caught up with school and work but I was still on the sample so I was good. when i finally was able to get in, the woman behind the desk said they had no record of me being there. After some more clicking, she started calling out from across the entire office personal things from my file. I came over to her and said that was correct and she said she just had a file of data on me but no record of birth control. I told her about when it all was and how much I paid for the apt and she said my insurance should have covered it... i didn't have insurance at the time and paid out of pocket. ide never heard of the insurance company she said was under my file. she said there wasnt anything they could do for me but make another apt. I ALREADY PAID FOR ONE. I set up an appointment anyway for about an hour later and went and sat in my car looking at my bank stuff. i saw i wasnt going to be able to afford another appointment and so I just left. how do you lose all of that information?! where did it go?! it had my birthdate and ssn and address. wheres all that??! i want the birthcontrol i paid for!

disgraceful, negligent office. went in for a routine check up, recieved ONE missed call from the office and called back within literally 6 minutes and could not get anyone on the phone. this continued for two weeks, i called back and could not get through to the direct office and kept getting the call center and was told each time i called that they would have someone from the office return my call. when i tried to contact the care taker i saw, through her voicemail, i still never received any calls back. every person i dealt with in the call center was rude and nasty. fast forward a few weeks, i go to a REAL doctors office to get the same check up and procedure done only to be given bad news and bad test results. thank god i decided to go elsewhere for care and re do everything i had done bc had my condition progressed further without any care or attention, it could have turned into a life threatening ordeal. i guess i shouldnt be surprised, you get what you pay for with a state facility. they dont care!! second rate health care, at best!

Despite reviews of wait time. They must be improving now. My experience was quick and not a long wait time at all.
