Girl at front desk with brown hair and glasses is a b**** should be fired, very unprofessional I made the “15 minute grace period” that I called ahead of time for because I knew I was going to be late and she said there is a 15 minute grace period... I make it for the grace period and there was 2 people ahead of me making appointments which made me 5 minutes later then the grace period I told her I live 40 minutes away and had to make it to school for classes to please see if the doctor will fit me in she just kept repeating herself saying I have later today or tomorrow available she would not get off her ass and go ask the doctor seeing I live 40 minutes away and had to go to school. Tried coming here because wait for other offices were a week out and on the planned parenthood voice system it even says “walk ins available” but will not happen again.

I have been coming to this Planned Parenthood for almost 5 years now, I absolutely love the staff and doctors. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I usually always get the same nurse and she is AMAZING!

literally awful. I signed in and they threw away the sheet, then acted like I never signed in. They proceeded to CLOSE their office with me still in it, and told me I had to go home and it was my fault for not saying something sooner. (Because during someone's first visit they totally know those things, right). They don't care about patients at all if they don't even have the decency to check if everyone's been helped before they close. Sat there for 50 minutes. It was totally unprofessional, wouldn't recommend going to this office!

If you want to see a doctor about issues or side effects you may be having from your birth control, I do not recommended this Planned Parenthood. Twice now by the same doctor I have felt rushed and very unconcerned for. The nurses are always pleasant. I have always strongly supported planed parenthood since its been my only source of health care from when I first got on birth control in my teens but I am so disappointed with my recent visits. I'm now in search for a local gynecologist that accepts my insurance that I'll have to explained my whole history to in hopes of actual answers. I always appreciated the sliding pay scale they use but I guess it's worth paying more to feel cared about and to resolve painful issues.
