Floral Promotions (especially Gail), were absolutely amazing and the epitome of excellence! They were incredibly professional, responsive, and tailored my event to my every specification and I was a picky bride! My bouquets and centerpieces were literally picture perfect!  My expectations were completely exceeded and I would highly recommend them without any hesitation and would definitely use them again for future events. Gail, who did the initial consult and follow ups, was absolutely PERFECT! She saw my "Christmas wedding" vision and made it a reality. Her attention to detail and responsiveness to my vision was impeccable! Thank you so very much to the entire team at Floral Promotions for making me one happy bride!

I ordered 2 dozen long-stem roses for my wife on St. Valentine’s Day.  While the flowers were beautiful, the driver neglected to remove the cellophane intended to preserve the flowers during transport. When my wife sent me a picture thanking me, I was quite disappointed with the presentation. I telephoned Plantation Florist to voice my concern and hopefully stop the driver from a repeat performance, the call taker apologized profusely.  Moments later, I received a telephone call from the owner and received further apologies. Ultimately, my wife received chocolates and Mylar balloons the next day, addressed from me. I am a repeat customer and this example of customer service serves to exemplify why I will continue as a Plantation Florist - Floral Promotion’s customer; they get customer service. 

By the way, when unwrapped, the roses were GORGEOUS!

Gail and Paul were amazing to work with. They really took my "tropical palm" vision and ran with it. They listen to every detail you say and help to give you everything you want for your wedding day. I am so grateful for their service on my big day!!

I have used Floral Promotions for 24 years for everything!  Weddings, birthdays, Mother's Day, Teacher Appreciation week - you name it, they can do it.  They have the most talented florists in the area and their work is stunning!  Highly recommended!

Excellent costumer service! I called from overseas, placed an order and within a few hours it was delivered. Beautiful arrengement! Very pleased! Thank you very much!
