Awful!!!  I received flowers for my 80th birthday!  They arrived very wilted and the next day they were dead!  Made arrangements to have a new arrangement sent the following day.  Gave time frame to deliver as I have lots of appointments.  Three   days in a row they came at different times then agreed on . The man on phone was very rude, yelling and not at all helpful.  Unless you can sit home all day and wait for flowers to be delivered, don't go here!  Terrible customer relations and awful product!

I ordered a $60 arrangement for my mother for her birthday, picture was very deceiving. While the arrangement that my mother received was very pretty, it was not nearly as full or fluffy as the picture. If I had done it in person, I would have never paid that amount for what I got.
