This is the first rental company that I have ever had screw me out of my deposit! I was a model tenant, was never late on rent, rarely called for any type of maintenance, spent every day after work for a week making sure we left the place in tip-top condition, and they still send me a bill for $200 for cleaning! That's after they took my entire deposit!? Companies like this make life as a single parent so much more difficult. I hope someone reads this and avoids the mistake I made of renting from these crooks.

I LOVE these people! We have rented from reality companies before and had awful experiences so I really didn't want to this time but fell in love with the house. Any issue that we have ever had they get it taken care of the same day! I would highly highly recommend anyone looking for a rental to see these guys!
