Very unimpressed with the customer service at this location. It's either a hit or a miss with this staff just depends on how the wind blows with them I guess. I dropped my things off today and came to the store a minute too late as they were closed. I just wanted to ask a simple question regarding my items overnight all three employees working that night all saw me looked at me rolled their eyes, laughed and continued to ignore me after several attempts I finally decided to go home. will be speaking to the store manager promptly tomorrow morning. I understand being closed, I get it, but don't be snarly or rude about it, completely uncalled for and unprofessional. The staff make you feel like it's a privilege to even sell your things there, would not recommend. You get very little cash and staff is rude.

The customer service is terrible here. Every time I come in the girls there look like they are grumpy and the looks they give me I find it rude. Like I get it everyone has rough days but does it happen everyday? Lol... They pick nasty unfit clothes over quality clothes. I’ve found items that had holes in them.

Workers were very rude did not offer anything fair. I had a whole bin of clothes and they took 2 items and my friend that went with me brought a big bin and they didn't take anything. They will try to rip you off and give you next to nothing for high quality and name brand clothes.

Extremely unimpressed with this store. Super unfriendly employees; felt like an inconvenience being there or speaking someone. No one looks you in the eyes, some girls have attitude, and some speak so quietly and fast I have to annoy them more by asking them to repeat what they said. Clothing selection was horrible and I felt like I could find better clothes at goodwill. Used to enjoy this store so much and now I won't be back.

This Platos closet is a joke. I brought in 3 pairs of hollister shorts, a pair of Miss me jeans, a dress with the tags still on it (never worn) and a pair of colored denim shorts from Pink. They passed on all of it because none of it was high waisted and the jeans had diamonds on them and none of it was "in style". I have seen plenty of hideous things in your store that never seem to sell, yet they refuse to take regular denim and jeans? Have fun staying in business!
