Management VERY rude!!! I hate to give a bad review because we have rented from Skeffington's for several occasions and never had an issue. Staff very very helpful and friendly even under pressure.  When we went to get fitted for my sons prom tux it was so busy ( standing room only) we had a bit of a wait but staff was so nice.  Fast forward to Prom night, my son was given a pink vest and a navy blue tie.... Navy is what we wanted to match the dress.  I called in to the store immediately and was told it was entered into the system wrong and when i came in to return it i would receive a refund for the vest. Sunday i take it back and I am told i need to speak with John who is sitting right behind the counter,  I walk over to him and i am given every reason why its our fault not theirs. Then as i am talking he proceeds to take $30 for the register and throw it across the counter!!! i have worked in customer service for 20 plus years and i know the customer is not always right and people these days complain about everything to save a buck.... i could have cared less about the $30 it was the fact it was messed up and I was treated Very Professionally on the phone and then argued with when i went into the store full of men!!!

I came in asking for a shirt for my son who was going to prom. I gave them a size, but didn’t know sleeve length off the top of my head. I could have given him the length if he gave me a second to text my wife. He immediately said he couldn’t help me before I could text my wife the length sleeve. He walked in back and came back with I don’t have anything. No option of I can order you something if you get the sleeve length or bring him in for a measurement. Was kind of offended.

We had a great experience at Skeffingtons!  Jason was very helpful and explained the process to us and helped choose colors for each group of guys!  I highly recommend coming here. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Called to get some information about renting tuxes. The man I spoke with was extremely unhelpful. He acted like I was bothering him. I asked if I should set an appointment and he told me no, that the only day we could do it (Sunday) would be “stupid.” He also didn’t seem to know the product very well (“um... we have lots of black tuxes, um...”). Couldn’t give me an answer about prices. Glad I didn’t waste time going there!

Great experience with great customer service! Jason made it a great experience for the groom and even the bride tonight! We walked in not knowing what we were looking for and he helped us with everything and we walked out even more excited for our wedding day! Would definitely recommend to others!
