As a shopper, this store is my favorite place to go! They have a wide variety of clothing styles and types at decent prices! The staff is usually very nice. My only complaint is that they do not offer very good prices when they buy items. Prepare to have nearly everything you take in passed on, and they don’t offer very good prices for what they are interested in taking. But you do get a 10% discount on your purchases for the day if you sell to them.

I shop here weekly......idk why because the women in there are rude. I don't even know how the owner is still in business? Also lately I believe the owner is losing out on money, because the clothes that I've seen on the rack are torn, faded, or poor poor quality. How when it's right up the street from a huge school, and next door to the mall? I think the staff is taking all the good clothes, and leaving NOTHING name brand for any of the customers to ACTUALLY buy. I haven't been in a few weeks, because there will LITERALLY be the same of 3 item's on one rack. This location has got to do better at the quality of clothes, and customer service, or else it'll see a sharp decline in the business.

My friend and I made a 2 hour trip to Plato’s closet I hopes of selling out lightly worn name brand clothes. When we dropped the clothes off the sales associate reluctantly rooks them. After a couple hours we returned to pick up th money for our trash bag we each brought in. My friend got $14 and they refused the rest of her stuff. Out of my bag they took NOTHING. I asked what the problem was I take very good care of my clothes some even had tags on them. I was told my clothes were stained. This caught me by surprise so I waited to see what was tainted but I never saw anything. I asked if they could at least take some stuff everything I brought was of no use to me anymore. She couldn’t even do that. My friend and I wasted 4 hours round trip, lost out on money having to get gas. There were several other bags brought in by other people needing to be sorted. My friend and I both sensed the attitude of the employees was solely because they wanted to get through the bags as quickly as possible. The girls didn’t try to be friendly, I’m really discouraged and let down overall.

The location had a good collection of stuff. Their prices were reasonable. They only lacked skinny jeans collection which makes sense for Atlanta as Southern state

The clothes were very worn, stained and some of them had fuzz ball all over them. The shoes were super worn. I heard someone from the fitting room next to me saying how half of the stuff she was trying on had rips. I was disappointed. I’m mainly a thrift store shopper and I swear some of the stuff at value village are better quality than this. I didn’t end up buying anything! I will not go back.
