Not a bad place to sell or buy from. They lowball but that is to be expected. Selling can get confusing as they sometimes don't even seem to know what they want. The reasons they give for the items they dont want are all over the place. However they do make an attempt to purchase at least some of your items, unlike other stores like this. I found a number of shirts and jackets in the store that I liked and all were very reasonably priced.

Called 2days prior to check what items they were taking at this time. I brought in 2 large bags and 1 box. I was told no jeans, no dresses, short sleeve means t-shirts and my Big Buddah, Hype and Nine West purse handles were too short. Most of my items either had the price tag on them or gently worn once. There was no mgr. Around and 18yr olds we're running the store. Probably a blessing in disguise since what they pay and what they charge are not beneficial. My time was wasted, don't waste yours.

This place is horrible they don't even look at the clothes and have no idea of what's in style.

They aren't very good on what they accept... and they give you peanuts for what they do. I've seen gross stained Wal-Mart clothes and clothing with holes yet they don't take designer names because of various ridiculous reasons. This is the kind of place you go as a last resort to sell your items. It is what it is... a glorified goodwill and in most cases you're probably better off going there I'm sure the nice things they reject are there. I think they need to replace the large sign in the window saying that they're buying because they didn't take a single piece of spring/ summer clothing I had ... and it's only May. The good reviews must be employees and their friends and family, they're lucky to have gotten 1 star because if I could give 0 I would!
