Great selections, however poor customer service. I wanted to get this certain item, but it's belt is missing and the button is about to come off. There was a mark on the tag, double checked if it's part of the clearance.. they said no.. so I asked the lady to talk to the manager if she can give me a discount instead and I heard the manager say "we don't give discounts". That's BS.

Went to the store on Rainbow and Lake Mead, Las Vegas. Horrible customer service. Where did they find these people? I used to be a customer service myself, worked at a department store. The company needs to educate its employees on how to do their jobs. I will NEVER go to Rhapsodielle ever again and you can be sure I will let my friends know to stay away too.

This location has horrible customer service. I walked in & was never acknowledged. They acted like I was bothering them by needing a dressing room or needing to pay. Even during checkout she never said hello, she just stated the store policy & waited for my money. I will not visit this location again

I love the clothes there but the friken dressing room is just whole big room with no stalls or nothing no privacy and I know there all girls but still like need some privacy

Poor customer service. I spoke to a manager about a top that has a sticker residue dirt on the shirt. I asked if I could buy it without discount but if the dirt wont come out, I have to return it. ; or give me a 10% discount which is only $1.50 and I wont return it even if the dirt wont come out. Her response was: The company will damaged it out if no one will buy it. So, I asked again: You would rather damaged it than give me that 10% which is nothing, and I'll leave the store happy. The manager said, she could only give a 5% which is $.75, and that's it. I have never heard such poor customer service.
