A great variety of merchandise with good prices. The wait for the cash register was long because their was only one cashier. The staff seemed sparse, so I couldn't find help when I had a question in the petite clothing department.

There was only one associate at the cash register. As a customer was completing his purchase the associate told me that the checkout line started behind a sign next to the jewelry case about six feet away. I apologized and waited behind the sign noting that there were no other customers waiting to check out. After the previous customer left the associate started sorting some signs at the register instead of asking me to come forward to pay for my merchandise. I looked straight at her but she ignored me. So I left the items on the jewelry counter and walked out. I will never shop there again.

Worst service ever with a return. Was told I was laundering money by the a****** manager who wanted to give me a gift card for my $200 cash purchase. Real classy guy! Stein Mart I am disgusted with this location and the kind of people you hire. I have always shopped at this store but I can honestly say never again will I ever and I promise to make sure everyone I know knows about this incident. Horrible, disgraceful. You should be ashamed.
