I am not sure why but when I went in with my son all of my items was said that it was to high quality never heard of that before afterwards my son let me know the lady that was there does not like him that shouldn't have made a difference but it did. I have went back and spoke with the store manager and things went great.I will continue to shop and sell here.

Great customer service, very friendly greeted with a smile, offered very fair prices on my items. The store was very clean. I will definitely do business with them again.

Wasn’t good. I had 4 bags filled with all kinds of gently worn, namebrand clothes & shoes. & they only took 2 items. While I was waiting, I noticed a lot of their items were in bad condition. Talk about a waste of time...

The 2 stars are for the good selection and how quick and easy it is to drop off clothing for consignment. Unfortunately, the customer service is basically nonexistent. The employees are pretty negligent of their customers and aren’t afraid to have loud, personal conversations.. awkward. This business could really benefit from training their employees on customer service better.
