I did an application over the phone with Plaza Finance. The first thing I asked what were their requirements to apply, because on the website it says no credit check or bank account required, so I wanted to double check the information before I started an application.
The lady only said there is no requirements to start the application. I went ahead and did it anyways. She said she would call me around 11am.
 She didn't call me so I called to check if my application was accepted. She told me no and we will send you a letter with the reason.
So I asked her why was I was denied and  said that didn't fully understand my question. I asked her did she call my supervisor? She said she called the main line, so I asked my Supervisor, HR, and Front Desk and they all told me they never recieved a call. 
Now I have been at my job almost 2 year,s and lived in my apartment for over a year, no criminal charges, evictions, and my credit score isn't bad either. I ended up with a loan from another company and got more than I asked. I just wanted to know why I was denied and she couldn't even give me an answer, but I got approved somewhere else. 
I was referred by someone, but I would not refer them to anyone.

Called me to say I had an outstanding balance. I talked to two different women and neither would tell me for how much the balance was.

I have done business with this company for over a year now and they are always very sweet. As with any other place where human being work, if you are hateful with them...they can MAY be hateful with you. I have had nothing but a positive experience, and all the ladies that work here are wonderful.

I've been doing business with this company for 3 years.  I haven't had any problems.  Most of the staff is friendly and the payments are manageable.
