My pedicure was rushed, she kept pulling and yanking my feet and i almost kicked her in the face She was very rude and i don’t go back and forth.  Will i ever come back??? Of course not. Did she get a tip? Of course not!! They need to fire and rehire with an etiquette course first. I feel horrible that i even had to give them a 1 star rating because they deserve 0 rating!!!!!!

They do a really good job with pedicures but they do not no how to do nails. When I was getting my nails done by this lady I ask her why my nails are curving she said because it's the way how my nails are shaped. I had to get someone else to do it. They specialize in spa treatments. And they want too much money  to get your nails done.

This place will try to work you when it comes to lashes. I loved my nails and toes but I paid $200 in total and my lashes $65 (mink) I picked out mink lashes and told the lady I wanted mink lashes but when I got home I noticed they weren't mink there plastic and not individual. So I came back the next day which is today and I'm sitting here waiting for the lady to look at them at this point all I want is my money back I had to waste my gas and I still haven't spoken to anyone.

I wish there was an option for -1 star. This place as bad customer service. The 1st time, I came for a gel manicure and file down she consistently insisted I leave my nails there length and opted against the color I asked for. I had to tell her, "I'm paying for what I want and not an opinion I didn't ask for". Try #2, I get a man...picked my 2 colors and when it came to paint my nails I told him one color was for 2 nails per hand. He told me only 1 finger and he opted against the additional color I requested. There will be no "3rd time" with them. #whatcustomerservice
