Had an appointment with Bre at that salon. Due to the snow & ice in the forecast on my appointment day, I called Bre the night before to discuss possible cancellation if it in fact it did snow on my appointment day. We both agreed that when I woke up the morning of and it was snowing then I would call her to let her know I wasn't coming. If it wasn't snowing in the morning then I was coming. There was no snow in Maryland my apointment morning, therefore I got up early on my day off & drove over an hour from Baltimore to the salon. When I got to the salon & text Bre to let her know I was there she text back & said, "You did not call me at 7am to let me know you were coming. So I'm not at the salon & won't be there for another hour or so." I said, "I apologize there must have been a misunderstanding between the two of us when we spoke. I don't mind waiting for you." This unprofessional child named Bre said, "I can take you after my 10am appt. You can wait in the area for me. I said, "what do you mean I can wait in the area? I can't wait in the salon?" Bre never replied. Bre lacked professionalism and downright poor customer service..What she should have done as someone providing a service was be professional about it and say "I apologize also for the misunderstanding. Would you like to reschedule?"She made it very clear that she didnt want to style me hair when she said "you can wait in the area."  what kind of bull poop is that? The child lacks maturity and professionalism & clearly needs more training. You know how it's said a gorgeous physical appearance is useless if the person inside is rotten..Well I'm saying a good stylist is useless if you lack professionalism. Chile ima pray for you!
