We absolutely loved our vacation rental we stayed at in Missoula with Plum Properties. It was a charming and comfortable little house, well located property and close to everything.The attention to detail was great, the shower had toiletries, the kitchen had coffee, the beds were comfortable!, there was a kids swing in the back, and a pack and play ready for use in the closet (as a mom you notice these things). Our interaction with the property managers, Amy and Josh, was great. They communicated well prior to check-in and were available if we needed anything during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property and working this management company. Great experience!!!

Just another pack of slumlords looking to nickle and dime you to death. I really do wish the worst for you folks - you deserve every bad thing that comes your way in life. They cancelled our garbage service pickup without telling us at all. No call. No letter. I thought someone had stole our trashcan, but come to find out they have actually LOST THE CONTRACT ON THE HOUSE THAT WE ARE LIVING IN. We do not KNOW WHO OWNS THIS PLACE and, again, THEY DID NOT TELL US ABOUT THIS. When we asked, the little girl who answered the phone responded, "Well, let me get back to you on that." Surprise: SHE NEVER DID! It's nearly a month into this new, mysterious lease and we have still received no letter, no phone call, no email. The 'new landlord' knocked on our door once and left. Didn't leave any sort of contact info. How nice! I ASK YOU: IS IT ANY SURPRISE THAT EMPLOYEES ARE RUNNING FROM THIS COMPANY, THAT THE PERSON HOLDING OUR LEASE CHANGED TWO TIMES, OR THAT EXISTING EMPLOYEES ARE UNHELPFUL? I CAN TELL YOU WHY: IT IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE WORKING FOR CRIMINALS! But don't take my word for it! Take only the FOUR OUTSTANDING LAWSUITS LEVELED AT PLUM THIS VERY INSTANT -- ALL FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON. So, I stand by what I said in my original review: You people - that is, you subhumans who run this company - deserve all the very worst in life. Because you are putting your renters through that very thing. P.S. I like how, since the time of all this, Plum's google reviews have SOMEHOW gone up despite - AGAIN - these exact things happening not only my family, but to several OTHERS in the Missoula area... Or how, some of these new FIVE STAR REVIEWS are the only things that these Google accounts have ever once contributed. REALLY MAKES YOU WONDER!!!

the customer service youll find at this place is bar none, absolutely garbage customer service. my roomates and i had applied and it took a month for us to finally come to the conclusion that plum just wasnt in the business to help their customers out. we applied for 2 different places, got accepted 2 different times, and both of those times we got told shortly afterward that a complication caused them to not put us in the home, the first time they picked someone to go into a home before us and the second time they changed their mind about allowing animals into a home. the thing is its not just any animal its a service dog! Not to be discriminated against when it comes to housing, well im 110% disappointed with this place. Oh and heaven forbid you get on the phone with Mandy Fassio, what a piece of work. she would sooner leave you for dead in an alleyway rather than help you in any kind of way, absolute garbage customer service.

We left our apartment cleaner than it was when we moved in and they still charged us with a $600 cleaning fee. Avoid Plum and go with a different property management company.
