We were introduced to Krissy Cruse through a mutual friend via email.  My husband and I were making the move back to the DC area after spending 4 years in Northern California.  We lived in the District prior to moving out to CA, so when we decided that we would be looking for a home in Northern Virginia, we knew we would need to find an agent who knew the area and would be able to help us figure out just where we should be.  Krissy was the perfect fit.  

Due to a quick timeline and our desire not to rent before buying, we had to do our home searching via the web and rely on you tube videos as our means of seeing the homes we were interested in.  Krissy was incredible.  She took the time to tour and film the homes we were interested in, then quickly sent them our way so we could get a look.  She also sent us clips of the neighborhoods we were looking at so we could get a feel for the surrounding area to the property.  She met with my Dad twice to show properties and to perform the inspection.  She went out of her way to help us from so far away.  Our emails and calls were always answered quickly and effectively... something that was just fantastic to rely on while working a deal from so far away.

We have dealt with a few agents in home purchases and sales that we have previously made, and I can definitely say Krissy stands above and beyond other experiences we have had.  She is honest, hardworking and has a wonderful, positive attitude!
