They haven't even done any work yet and they already get 5 stars. Why? Because they called me back after a devastating financial blow with our gas line within our house. My dad died 2 years ago from a heart attack in his sleep and my mother is currently dealing with stage 4 breast cancer. She has two tumors in her brain, tumors on her liver, and she's on borrowed time. But when I called PG&E the guy said there was a leak, and that he was turning off the line. The PG&E guy apologized profusely but I understood. I called another company in the area who wanted to charge $30 just to talk to us, and so I called the Plumbing Doctor. The man came out and he was super nice as well as honest with us. When he told me the cost I was floored, broken, devastated. I apologized for wasting his time and thanked him for his visit. He called back a short time later to say they would help us out while providing us with a financing option that works perfectly. I work really hard, over 40 hours a week, but my income goes to taking care of my mom. I do not really have extra cash laying around for something like this. But these guys understood this and are helping the very best way they can, which is a way that helps immensely. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys honestly rock.

Definitely recommend! Call Plumbing Doctor and Cory came out and made sure it was unclogged and flowing again. He is very understanding, honest, and hardworking. Best of all is he took the extra step to follow up and made sure we were still okay. Your dedication is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you Cory and thank you Plumbing Doctor!!

Being a resident manager for a 35 unit apartment complex comes with a ton of headaches. I am thankful that Ron at the Plumbing Doctor was able to handle the latest, the replacement of our 100 gallon hot water heater. Professional, friendly, informative and thorough, he and his crew did a great job. We are fortunate to have the Plumbing Doctor on our side and will most certainly be using them for future plumbing needs.

We called this morning about a leak under our house. They sent out Edgar and he in turned called Corey. They were able to fix the repair today. They were very professional and very nice. Definitely using them again

I called the Plumbing Doctor when my hot water heater went out. Ron had me fixed up later the same day.  He was a super nice guy and very professional.  I will definitely use their services in the future.
