The WORST customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. These folks have zero respect for you or your time. Avoid them at all costs! They will do you dirty like they did me stringing me along for nearly a week then refusing service because they "didn't feel like it". Pathetic.

Super-fast response time & excellent experience. Installed new gas water heater same day within a couple of hours!! Great pricing, Master Plumbers, very knowledgeable & super friendly. Will definitely recommend!!

BEWARE!  These guys were gave an estimate for job telling the customer there was a huge amount of work (we need to out dig under the house....) and then finding out that you only needed to do a small portion of it and charging the entire estimate.   And doing it to an 86 year old man.    I'm sorry, but these guys don't seem to have any ethics or morals.  It's fine to pay for a job done, but not a worst case scenario that didn't materialize.  Shame on you!

I called them base on a recommendation from AP plumbing.  The dispatcher did not give me a price or the rate.  The tech showed up three hours later.  It took him, according to himself, 30 minutes to clear the clogged sink and button it all up.  They charged me $260.00 (about $500 an hour!).  A year ago another local Plumber, "Plumbing Doctor" had only charged me $120 for the same, after 5:00PM job.  I will never call Roto Rooter ever again.  They are way too expensive.  It is brain surgery!
