Fantastic company with top shelf customer service! The level of professionalism and expertise is miles above the competition. Years of experience and knowledge beyond other reputable plumbers when diagnosing and repairing issues all to code, no shortcuts!!! When it comes to DIY home improvements, plumbing and electrical are two areas where it pays to call a qualified professional. However, not all professionals are created equal!!! These guys are without a doubt, the best in the industry! I will highly recommend Plumbway to all my family, friends and clients! Thanks Plumbway for fixing everything properly and timely!!

Great quick service, helped me with the applications to the city for rebates on the work they did, and came in under the price of other quotes. Always showed up on time and treated my property with respect. John especially, the main guy I was dealing with, is fantastic.

Job: Backwater valve, replace lead water line. Included excavating driveway, front yard, and work on concrete basement floor. Pros: We chose these guys because they were professional, straight with their quotes, affable, and most importantly always on time. It became quite a large project due to a break in the sewage line leaving the house and they needed to do some repairs both inside as well as outside the house. They paid attention and did some extra work like remove dead ended gutter drains. Cons: They unfortunately don't have the expertise for large driveway repair (which is not expected of them) and we'll have to have our driveway repaired later on. The project did turn out to be quite large and more expensive than we were hoping, but that was due to unforeseen complications. Recommendation: I would recommend them to a friend, and will be using them again. Overall: Quick, on time, affable, courteous. Will get your plumbing needs done, and well. Could use some collaborators that could fill in the gaps of their expertise to ensure complete service (lost 1 star but otherwise excellent).

I contacted Plumbway after getting less than enthusiastic attention from some other outfits. Kim at Plumbway answered the phone and was eager to help me. She immediately set up an appointment. When Tom the plumber arrived, he gave me solid suggestions and advice. He returned the next day with the materials and performed the installation without incident. The work was professionally done and again he left me with good advice. I recommend Plumbway for treating me properly and giving me good value for my money.
