We called them 3 weeks ago with a water/sump pump issue that we have been having.  Their first available appointment was 9 days after we initially called- which given the water around was understandable.
When the day for the appointment came, I raced home from work to be there on time, only to get a call 1.5 hours after the scheduled time to say they couldn't make it- re-scheduled for the following Monday.
My wife took the day off of work for them to show up between 11 and 12.  By 1:30 I got a call saying they were late and asking if between 3 and 4 would work.  I was a little agitated, however asked them to call my wife to let her know.  
No phone call to my wife,  did not show up at all.  Quite rude.

Extremely dissatisfied by lack of customer service- 2 times re-arranging our work schedule to show up, only to have phone calls several hours later.
Will not recommend.

Robert came to our house today to fix a slow draining bathroom sink and a leaking kitchen sink. He was incredible. He took the time to explain to us each step of the way what he was doing, did impeccable work and left the house tidier than he found it!  This is the second time he has been to our house and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for him by name next time we need plumbing help.

Cleared up a repeated toilet clog problem very fast, provided proper estimate options first, demonstrated at the end how the problem was caused and demonstrated that it is gone in a way which gave me peace of mind and confidence that it won't return.  Reasonably priced and definitely worth it.

Thanks to Robert, this is what I call experience, service and customer attention.  Robert explain and guide us to chose the best of the options to solve our sewer problems and  definitively I'll recommend your services any time with out questions   Thanks again

I had a major plumbing problem with an old drain in the wall of my kitchen. Paul came in and within 3 hrs he completely rerouted my drain, installed all new fittings under my sinks. Very friendly, and very knowledgeable! If you have any plumbing issues, these are the people to call!
