To whom it may concern:

This is to commend your plumber Doug who did work on the kitchen sink of my old house (1930) today.  My kitchen sink is VERY strange, very close to the outside wall, even for an old house.  The configuration is quite challenging.  I knew it would be a big job involving installing new traps and completely changing the pipes below as the old ones had been blow jacked together so badly.  This was no "handyman special" -- I needed a true professional and I got one with Doug.

Doug was able to find the clog and clean it out, establish that the pipe outside had not frozen, and completely redo the piping system below the sink.  Now not only is my sink running smoothly, but I will be able to plunge it or clean it in future, which I couldn't before.

Three hours later, I am a happy camper.  Quality parts and quality service mean the world to me -- after all, we don't want to have to call for service too often!  I think I won't need a plumber for a long time to come, but when I do I will certainly be calling Pitton.

Thank you!!  Your Company is the best!  I will recommend you whenever I can.  I love my new bathroom fixtures and the fact that I now have a sink that drains properly!  I found the whole process, from initial scheduling through fixture selection and installation, handled easily and professionally and every single person was great!

I hear these guys are terrible so i had to see for myself. A young professional looking man im sure his name was ang or angelo came to help with my issue. He calmed me down explained what the problem was and explained why it happened . He worked quickly but took his time and did the job properly. Before he left he made sure i was satisfied and explained what he did. very professional i recomend this place to anyone! Hope you get this guy hes great and good looking aswell

All my toilets were plugged and I thought I could fix it myself. Big mistake! With so many plumbers to choose from I looked to facebook for recommmendations.   There were quite a few but Pitton Plumbing stood out, so I decided to go with them and wow was I pleased.  They came to my aid within the day and I knew they were busy. Friendly staff and service men all the way.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and ignore any negative reviews.  These guys truly care !  Thank you everyone for a stressfree experience. Absolutely great service! Dealing with the office was quick and reliable. Plumber diagnosed the problem right away and repaired the issue in a fast manner. Would definitely call Pitton Plumbing & Heating Inc. again!
