I had an awful experience! I had an appointment with someone but they accidentally booked me with another stylist which was completely fine but the receptionist was not a ray of sunshine by any means.Once I sat down, the stylist told me my hair was processed and damaged which my hair is slightly color damaged but he just kept telling me how bad it was but didn't do much to fix it meanwhile he was complaining about the customer sitting next to me with another stylist.He cut off the dead ends of my hair but I was never asked if the length was good enough and he put some hair in his hand told me that's what he was cutting off, once he began to dry it,HE NEVER USED A BRUSH,he just fluffed it with his hands and left it half dry.With my hair (still wet) he ran his fingers through it and said it'll look better once it grows out because I damaged it so bad.I did not go to a "beauty lounge" to feel insulted and have my hair look worse leaving.

Such a horrifying experience! Owner was very rude and told me my services cost over 300 for a Bayalge which I didn't even get. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was brunette when she dyed my hair it was blonde and then she told me that it wasn't blonde. They didn't want to do anything to help me. She tried to tone it down which made my hair one color and darker then with what I came in with. I have random chunks of black hair and she left the dye on my forehead which left me with a black forehead. I did not want to pay for this service and wanted to call the owner and she would let me. DO NOT GO HERE!

Pleasant and professional experiences! Danielle is an excellent esthetician, providing the most relaxing facial service. Worth a trip from anywhere!
