We stopped here on a road trip not knowing what to expect. We had the breakfast buffet. So many pies. All of them were delicious. I never had pie for breakfast before, now I wonder why I haven't. So good. The rest of the buffet was good--standard breakfast fare-- but the pies really stood out. The staff was great as well:)

This restaurant was a surprise! I was impressed with the selection on the buffet. It's still a buffet, so some items were dried out and heavily sauced. I would expect this and is why I have 4 instead of 5, but still was plenty of other options. Lots of very good tasting items, and everything is homemade. Desserts were to die for! If you haven't tried it, do so for yourselves!

Great place, friendly service, and the lunch buffet is excellent. If you're looking for a good hot meal that is "real food," then your search is over. The salad bar is clean, fresh, and well stocked. The entrees are rib-stickin' good. The cakes and pies are very good. I recommend the pizza.

We've only ever visited Plyler's for their buffet, so I can't comment about their regular menu. I can say, however, that the buffet is very good and certainly worth the charge. If you go away hungry, it can only be because you're a very picky eater! The buffet includes the typical soup and salad bar (which also includes various pasta salads, potato salads, and antipasto) a hot bar that is constantly changing, and a dessert bar. The hot bar can include (but isn't limited to) fried chicken, meat loaf, roast beef, roast pork, roasted vegetables, haluski, tacos, stuffed peppers, fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, etc. There is always a wide and varied selection, and it's always good quality. Wait staff has always been great...never rude or disrespectful despite being very busy in maintaining tables (taking away plates, refreshing drinks, etc).

Had lunch with family & friends, nice buffet with fresh comfort food. Staff was friendly & eager to please. The fried cod was popular at our table.
