Worse customer service ever! Will not be going back to that branch again, they deserve less than a star

Horrible customer service.  Refuses notary services for many documents even for account holders. It is **illegal** for a notary to refuse notary service for any legal request.

The employees in this branch need to be totally replaced, including the branch manager. I'm closing my account with PNC.

Every time I go to this pnc it's never really a line always 2 maybe 3 people in line at most in and out even on the 1St and 3rd of the month never crouded .
