I had a great experience today when opening a new account. Everyone was very professional.

The customer service at this branch is horrible.  The branch manager is unhelpful, rude and spiteful.  Despite banking at this location for more than 25 years I was given a complete run around and hassle about a bank fee that should have never been charged and that PNC Corporate eventually waived.   This branch lost all respect of a long time customer over $15.09.
