The wait for a banker can take a while but thats just banks for you. Mostly wanted to leave a review for the branch manager Dana. She was super helpful when my account was hacked. She provided her business card and responded to emails and helped me as i continued to see fraud on the account. Also when i went in the last time because i had to transfer money from account to new account she got my signature and took care of it without me having to wait. Chase has some issues but i recommend this branch and dana especially.

Banked here for 15yr years. Service mostly has been above average in all the years. Unjustified 1 and 2 star by people who are "trying to mind read the tellers or assistants" and want to be entitled to be treated like mom and dad do at home

Recommended this branch to my sister who wanted to open an account. We sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half to be taken care of by a banker and the branch wasn't even busy. Not happy at all.

When I approached the teller she didn't say hi and she was frowning. I needed 4 rolls of quarters and asked for a bag but she said she had none and gave me a used Giant Eagle bag with small holes in it and didn't even apologize for it. Disgusting experience.
