Yes, the rooms are small, but this hotel is in an excellent location. Right off the yellow line directly in the heart of the best Chinatown restaurants, it is also two blocks from the convention center. Additionally, the connected basement whiskey bar and rooftop lounge have great drinks and nice character. As long as you don't need more than a bed and end table in the room, there isn't a much better choice for a spot to crash for a conference.

Beautiful modern pod - comfortable and quiet and had a good night sleep. Works great for business.

Staff were friendly and efficient without seeming rushed.

Breakfast - had one of the best home-made egg-and-cheese biscuits I ever tasted.

I'd certainly stay here next time I'm in town for business.

GOOD: New, nice staff, fast free internet, comfortable bed, close to everything,  high tech rooms with connectivity to everything, Right in front of the famous China Town friendship arch. BAD: Tiny rooms (perfect if going just for business or without children), I didn’t see any parking (however I don’t think you need a car with a so perfect location), some beggars and homeless smoking marijuana in the area at night, can be noisy at times due to the good location. OVERALL: Very nice hotel, perfectly located within walking distance to the major attractions. I had a room with a great view of the Washington monument, which was great. I will definitely stay there again if I had the chance. Great value for the price paid.

Wonderful place to stay. The room was very nice, small to be sure, but that was expected.  I wasn't looking for a suite or lots of extras.  This is a no-frills hotel that is definitely well done. It has all the nice things you need and none of the things you don't.  Very conveniently located for food, and attractions. Right across the street from a metro stop.  I would happily stay there again!

I had a nice view of the city from my room. The window was quite big for a small room so it didn't feel cramped. TV was quite bigger compared to most other hotel. It's a good place to stay for a short trip. The staffs were helpful, especially when I needed to leave my baggage after check-out.
