Very nice, newly remodeled rooms. Very impressed with the quality and price. We booked rooms on line through a second party website. The location is perfect if doing business near the Capital or Union Station. They have an awesome bar and their grill food is very good with reasonable prices. There is also many other food and drink options within walking distance. I would recommend Cafe Berlin, excellent German food.

I stay at the hotel when I am in town on business. I love the upgrades, and the added fridge which helps when your staying longer than a day or so. It is winter time in DC and the hotel rooms are fairly cold, the rooms don’t get warmer than 74 degrees which seems hot but it isn’t. This week it’s warmer than at the top of the year, the heat needs working on with the huge office windows. Made my stay very uncomfortable sleeping in a room where I would wake up congested spitting up because the rooms aren’t ventilated. Do better! The hotel staff are horrible. I misplaced an item and was told to call back the next day. Called for three days consecutively and no answer. By the fourth day I get an answer and my item can’t be found. It was a electronic item so of course it wasn’t found. I wanted to report stolen and was told I couldn’t get any help. Piss poor customer service

This review is based on my visit back in Late August. Pretty awesome hotel. It's about 5 minutes away from Union Station with a few convenient places around such as the Union Station food court, Wal-Mart and so-on. Our room was nice and clean, very spacious too. The beds were great and there were vending machines in the hallway in the event that I wanted to get something to drink. I would've given this place a full 5-star review, but after our 5:30am arrival, one of the employees at the door was telling us that we couldn't come inside until check-in time. We didn't know until the front desk told us at check-in time that we could've came in the morning and let them put our bags in storage, so that kinda messed us up. There definitely was some miscommunication. Otherwise, pretty nice and convenient place to stay at if you can get good rates at a good price.

Beautiful view, friendly, concerned, and moderate distance from the Awaken the Dawn event at the National Mall. When we got there we were very hungry and at the front desk was a man who gave us rave reviews of area restaurants of different foods. The next day another man gave multiple ways to get to the mall. It's important to know what's going on in and around your business when visitors come asking. The rooms were clean and hospitality checked in with us every day. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot and relaxing after the walks back and forth to the mall. When situations arose they were not negligent but veery attentive to help us.

Room was okay. Parking is SUPER EXPENSIVE [$54 over night & $43 for the daily rate]. They also charge you a facility fee [about $23] that is not disclosed at check in. Beautiful hotel.
