My wife and I are very unhappy with the mismanagement in customer service with PODS. We had two 16 foot PODS delivered to our residence yesterday. The drop off went seamlessly, delivered on time, friendly service. However, when we called the national service center today to inquire why the PODS had not been picked up, we were informed that we never scheduled a pick up date, even though we had scheduled pick up when we initially ordered. We were told the soonest the Suwanee location could pick up would be 6 days away. So our PODS now have to sit in the middle of our cul-de-sac for nearly a week.

In addition, we were informed that only one of our two PODS had been insured. Why would we only insure one of them? We were also told we could not add insurance to the second POD. Needless to say we are very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service from PODS.

Outstanding customer service. .from the management to the delivery driver all of them very helpful.

I teceived a quote over the phone, my mistake for not reading it when I confirmed.  We were quoted 189.00 per month.   We are charged 223.00 per month.  Apparently the added insurance, more per month and a tax on a service.  Wont use them again.

OUTSTANDING!!! Everything went perfectly as agreed upon - from pickup, storage and delivery!!  Cost was excellent too. I would HIGHLY recommend PODs for moving and storage!

I loved it ....I had my things in storage for a year....it was delivered yesterday....unpacked today...and they are picking up container tomorrow......I lost my wallet six months ago ....and got a new credit/debit card.  And I Forgot to tell them with all the confusion.....and they were courteous ....awesome and nice......they weren't mad at me.....I will definitely recommend them and use them again they are awesome.
