Not only a great physician, with a great staff, he is concerned about each patient, spends as long with the patient as they wish to answer questions,  same with family members, never condescending, could give classes in well, class, to some of our local neuro guys here in Pensacola.  If you are even considering spinal surgery, at least get a second opinion for Dr. Poelstra. You will be glad you did!   Dee Whisenhunt 1/12/18- 8 weeks post op

My husband had back surgery with Dr Polestra and he was wonderful.  He truly cared about my husband and helped him tremendously

It really saddens me to give this review! However, Dr. Poelstra's office has clearly gone from providing quality care to only being interested in quantity of care! I'm so disappointed in how the service at the Destin office has deteriorated! You can't even get people to call you back! Then you get people like, Nicole Porter to finally answer the phone and then she speaks to you in a condescending tone! Thanks to your office I have been left in pain, in debt, and lost all trust in anyone from your office with the exception of Johnathon!
