Dr chipman was doing very well for me, until he didn't explain himself very well, and I didn't catch on. I was dropped , now I'm stuck with a lot of major pain . I understand it is my fault, but he could have handled it differently

First off, id like to point out that i was specifically told that if i give my insurance info upfront, i wouldnt have any suprises when i went to check out. I took off of work (which was in Mobile, AL. at the time) , and drove to fort walton to have my tendonitis checked out and I was seen by the Dr., given a shot and then a brace for my wrist (I already had two and did not need this one, ESPECIALLY considering I had no clue I would be charged at all for the brace, much less $184 for the Velcro hand brace). I go to check out and they tell me that with my insurance, it was still $346.57 I needed to pay then. Considering I knew I had to pay my annual deductible before my insurance to kick in, I ate that cost and went about my life. I'm now, months later, seei g a bill in the mail for $550.12....I cannot believe what I'm seeing here. Unbelievable.

Dr Landry is phenomenal. I'd had pain for 8 years and 2 different surgeries that did nothing, Dr Landry found my herniated discs and replaced one of them in a 1.5 hour outpatient surgery. Great service every time I'm in there. I HIGHLY recommend him!
